Ok, officially I am getting excited.
When I heard Apple like I was thinking, how the heck does a small company do that. I've seen enough in the video to see they pulled it off.
Like Apple, they've already recorded a number of segments that they will show during the Live event. Perfect! That's the way it's done.
Here's another one for you. Is this Jason Matheny or someone else? Whoever it is, he is talking about the new product Pulse as you can see the heartbeat at the bottom.

If anyone should know, he certainly would as he has an amazing background and a wealth of experience. Also worked at a back office provider.
