I know they keep saying they have no plans to take the company private , but seen it before , especially when there's a huge piece of IP to own that we all know us worth more than 1Bil....
Let me ask you this though....if NP and SK and CR are able to pull off some good catalysts before Halloween...won't that be better for all public shareholders than to be delayed for many more quarters , looking for new leaders , filing new trials , starting all over????
This is one of the reasons I do not believe this is really "their plan"....it seems too much like the plan already and the race to see who can do it first.....
