Re: Shelly2626 #105031
The Proxy Group call just ended. Almost 2 hours. All I can say is that you should listen for yourself. I know that I'm not a trusted messenger.
What was interesting is that they introduced Jeff Kite (sp?), who is an independent shareholder that has been running calls with a group of 150 other shareholders for about six months. They let Jeff run the Q&A session. Kind of interesting, and he did a good job.
I would just contrast the level of access this group is providing vs. what we know about the CYDY BOD aside from SK and NP (essentially nothing). For those who said they won't reveal a plan, that is pretty much put to rest. They laid out the longhauler plan in detail and say they will release a Cancer plan within 2 days. The also provided a "turnaround plan" discussing CEO qualifications, reputation reparation, etc. They had a great slide about why CYDY needs a turnaround, including 6 key points (lack of cash, FDA relationship, DOJ/SEC concerns, toxic financing and two more). And, they touched on a fundraising plan.
My doppleganger, Art Wilmes, did a lengthy explanation of the Fife situation. I think he did a good job, but you need to be kind of a nerd to follow along.
Somewhere (at 6:04 pm pacific time, I think), Rosenbaum went off on a short tirade and for a minute, I could swear he was CDiddy. It was actually around the same time CDiddy was posting here and Goose was posting about missing "the old CDiddy." The point is that Rosenbaum said he was also excited about NP and CD10 and CD12 and everything else. Finally, he said, he just woke up and realized that NP just can't make it happen. He is at the end of his skill set.
Anyway, Shelly, that is the fairy tale that I heard.
It is a lot of time, but you will need to invest two hours to form your own opinion.
