Critical Cat, you’re failing to grasp that Puravida and Squires have discovered a loophole that the entire world, every lawyer in New York and Delaware, and every corporation on Wall Street have missed. A corporation can launder its past sins by refusing to file their reports, getting their registration revoked and then filing a S-1 that skips over years of data, giving them a completely new, no-questions-asked, clean slate. Evidence of years of theft, fraud, embezzlement and mismanagement can be permanently swept under the rug, and there’s nothing shareholders and the SEC can do about it. Makes complete sense. The only ones who would resist accepting this process are trolls and the mentally deficient.
