Good point, since that’s what we’re all most concerned about—the fines. Just like Ted Bundy was. It wasn’t the consecutive life sentences that bothered him. It was the fine for breaking and entering.
The fines are only an issue if the S-1 gets filed and QTMM shares become otherwise entitled to registration.
We have a lot of challenges to overcome before we have to worry about fines.
So, we’ll start brainstorming the fine issue after Stevie Wonder figures out how to overcome his insurmountable problem with assembling and submitting data that needs to be filed with the SEC. Oh, and how to defeat the dementors—I mean, the auditors. Has he tried waving a wand and chanting “Expecto Patronum?”
