Yeah, it's sometimes hard to understand their meaning.
Example:
At first they said that only two people (Dr. Patterson and Beauty) own any interest in IncellDX. Seems pretty clear, right, doesn't it? Well, not exactly.
Apparently in the federal litigation, it was discovered that it does not mean in the eyes of the 13D (now renamed the Rosenthal-Three) to include Convertible Notes. Include those Convertible Notes into the equation, and you have now nine, yes, 9, members of the 13D/gifters/Rosenthal3 that have an interest in IncellDX when you include not only those with stock, but also those with Convertible Notes.
Yeah, if I were Rosenthal, I would jettison the 13Ds/Gifters, as well. Too much baggage.
