I think a lot of longs are setting themselves up to be disappointed. I don't think that the federal case settlement and the 13D disbandment do all that these longs think it will. IMHO, the Rosenthal-Three will merely take over now from the 13D and push forward their 5 nominees, including Ms. No Shares and Dr. Please Buy My Business As I Own A Patent.
By the way, the Mutual Request for Dismissal of the federal case was already filed yesterday, subject to the Court signing it, which is pretty much pro forma at this point.
Apparently, it's now up to the state court to determine if the vote goes forward.
