First thing I noticed was "functional cure" which is what ART therapy and leronlimab do when viral load is below 50c/ml. I took a look at their macaque study which is the closest thing they have to humans right now. With the combination of their treatment and ART none of the animals had 0 viral load. They did the study in three macaques with a very wide range of results -
