Most of us realize that QTMM’s obstacles to completing an s-1 filing and successfully registering our shares are no different than the obstacles that Squires failed to overcome in filing annuals and quarterlies. There’s nothing mysterious about “auditors.” They have specific, tangible requirements, and those requirements are no different with the s-1 than they were with the other filings. We would all love it if you were right, but we know you dont have access to information any different than any other shareholder has. But if you’re so convinced, I’ll sell you my shares for a dime apiece. Given your faith in Squires, that should be a bargain.
