When I first saw that the the AS was only being raised to 2 billion shares it made me both sad and happy.
Sad because if Pasaca is not taking over 51 % success for QMC is greatly reduced and the chance of complete failure increases significantly..
Happy because if Pasaca did take over 51% IMHO there would be a 100 to 1 RS and new shares would be issued to raise capital diluting current shareholders even further.
As long as the Pasaca 15 million agreement is in place and brought to completion , with Squires history of no RS, Solar, anti-counterfeiting and or next generation diagnostic test could bring this position to 50 cents to a dollar even with 2 billion shares outstanding.
