Genetic testing was almost certainly done for mTNBC, compassionate use breast cancer study and the 22 cancer basket trial. The results that were released were for 20 patients in compassionate use and 10 patients in mTNBC. From a slide at the Emerging Growth Conference it looks like they are using all three for the BTD application.

Sounds likely and I think that starts at a few million dollars and could be more. Depending on how that contract is structured and whether it's independent of the individual contracts there is a possibility that a lawsuit could successfully require turn over of the data. Although it may be cheaper and faster to just pay them off.
