Simple question and everyone knows the answer? You take someone to court and the respondent sue's you back. Bothpay six figures to lawyers to get out and every night you regret what you have done. But there is no way back.
Their best plan is a) take over. b) Review documents understand obligations in the next 6 monhs. c) Dilute and pay the 13g cost and operations cost and dues. d) Then plan ahead for the next 5 years if there is anything left.
If it comes to money sell the patent and BK the corp and blame it on the past mgmt.
That's the best the can do for shareholders.
