13d has not communicated much of a plan to the average stockholder
One of their basic tenants is that they think the CEO needs to be replaced but they have not suggested who they would hire to fill that role.
Without this kind of info you may conclude that the plan is not fully formed or at least fully communicated
Either way it is lacking so far from my perspective
