Please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't recall 13d releasing a plan yet. That doesn't mean they don't have one. I DO recall current mgmt releasing info that didn't end up jibing with reality...often.

I am still waiting to read a 13d plan so I can make an intelligent, informed decision based on the choices that may be made available.
