It is an assumption in my part that the sequences are being withheld by Amerax as a leverage point for payment of outstanding invoices. It is not based on information provided by the company but is one of the logical scenarios of why they are being withheld. Nader mentioned lawsuits so the split does not seem to be amicable.

For Nash, I thought Nader said interim results by Mid to late October so I add the Nader factor and set my expectations for November.
