That was my assumption when they first mentioned the holdup with the sequences. It may involve a disputed amount of money owed. If Amarex thought they had a chance of future contracts they would have turned over the sequences and waited on their money. But that isn't going to happen. It's possible the $2 million in stock just sold will pay that off.
