To carry this point even further look at the management team and board of directors line up.
How can a company have BOD's who are also management team/employees and have there not be clear conflict of interest potential. This is the kind of set up that works in a private company. Not cool for a public one IMO. It smells of a dictatorship. The fox are guarding the chicken coop.
