You make a good point. In what bizzaro world is one person the CEO, President and COB of the parent company and the same person is the President, CEO and COB of the subsidiary?
The idea that neither board is set up to be governed in such a way as to protect the company and its shareholders after all this time is a farce.
The COB needs to be a separate person from the Pres/CEO. There needs to be enough independant directorship to protect us shareholders. Both companies.
