there is more needed to determine the est share price. market cap being one of them. 
HRI has a MC of 1.6B.
To EST a 4-5$ share price for Nas requires a MC of around 9-10B
based on the companies we do know of involved in the conglomerate and those yet to be known we believe that target will be easily met.
HRI alone should easily put in the dollar or two range once announced.
