What of Dr. Patterson's conflicts of interest, of which there appear to be many?
Not merely patent disputes, which he would have to recuse himself presumably, but also negotiations and approvals of contracts regarding clinical trials, such as the Longhaulers trial, which it appears that Patterson wishes to use his company for the Leronlimab trial.
It's not merely the disputed sale of IncellDX itself, but all of these testing product sales and subbing out the running of clinical trials to IncellDX.
The way they were talking yesterday, and how much Patterson and his company would be involved in it, it seems IMHO, that Patterson would need to be recused for most matters coming before the board at the start.
That doesn't make Patterson an independent director, it makes him IMHO conflicted.
