I know that your post will be very popular, because many here like to just blindly hate 13d while ignoring some things that current management has done that were not quite above board either.
The above being said, current management has had SEVERAL bites at the proverbial apple this past year, and has not garnered any approval or EUA. Are they "the fastest path to first approval"? I don't know. Brazil STILL has not started and only when it does is the path to approval moving forward. What is the reason for the holdup? Maybe we'll find out tomorrow on the call. I hope so!
