I thought the leader of 13d won a or ious proxy fight at another company.
He should know the SEC Rules and they have a proxy partner (Okapi) so they should really be able to comply.
It makes me doubt their abilities to lead a company and follow rules if they can’t demonstrate it so far in the proxy bid process
