I am not sure they did this on purpose. If they just blatantly flaunted SEC rules or purposefully remained ignorant of them, why would they think they could get away with it or that we longs wouldn't think they're morons?

And remember...you can call current CYDY mgmt "the gang that couldn't shoot straight" as easily as you can call 13d that. Seems they are BOTH learning as they go, the question is, if there are no Brazil interim results or Brazil doesn't happen at all, and if 13d does file correctly in time and properly, then 13d will have won the "we learned faster than you" war, which could be dangerous.
