i am so ready to close the book on this 13D back & forth, lawsuits, etc. don't know if anyone else is exhausted from this stuff.
if we can just get the Brazil trial started - i think that shuts them up. because at that point, their claim that the LH trial is the quickest path to approval is BS. And also, NP's message is: I'm too busy to bother with this BS, i'm busy running a massive trial for a huge indication (and also finishing the BLA submission).
Hope everyone has a great long weekend. Fingers crossed for the PR we're all waiting for - maybe Monday or Tuesday?
