Of course 13D has been in touch with the FDA… they are probably not lying about that. The FDA wants Leronlimab and CYDY to fail… that was obvious after the letter. It’s in BP’s best interest for it to fail. If 13D succeeds, Leronlimab is shelved and the 13Dr’s all profit… through the sale of IncellDX, liquidation of the company and whatever payoff they’ve received from BP. IMO of course.
