And, if they are lying about having the conversations with the FDA, they repeated that in their SEC filings today, which would make their SEC filings untrue. Or, let's assume they did have the discussions with the FDA, what exactly did they tell to and represent to the FDA to get the FDA to discuss the protocol with them?
