Well since more than a few have speculated that at least part of the 13D sham's funding is coming from Big Pharma, and since Big Pharma and the FDA are basically the same entity, there actually are some dots that might connect. I wouldn't be a bit surprised. It's not like the FDA has ever been encumbered by being ethical or doing things the right way.
