Make sure you forward that letter to CytoDyn and their lawyers. I didn't receive this email, so I can't do it.
The company may want to ask about this in their discovery with the 13Ds.
Also, maybe someone (like the company) wants to do a FOIA Request or Subpoena to the FDA on this.
