Unlikely that CYDY would run the stability testing.
First of all, you need a stability chamber that CYDY does not have and you need the testing equipment and test procedures (Rectnor) May have some of these but he may not as these would be tests done typically at the Mfg site.
Likely Samsung would run all the stability tests for extended product dating.
As I said before Dr Ray manages this before and I am not sure why he wouldn’t oversee this again
