did it ever occur to some here that even though the legal representation may have a polished reputation; they might have some rookie looking over the paperwork?

Is it really that uncommon for amendments to happen? Sometimes it takes longer than usual. this type of paper shuffling is quite common when companies are trying to get current or even uplist with the SEC.
