Same here, asked many healthcare workers as well that were working day and night during the height of the Pandemic in NYC. Nobody had heard of Leronlimab. No doctors, nurses, prep staff, no one.

The only person who knew Leronlimab was a high ranking infectious disease expert on first name basis with the whole Fauci gang. He wanted to know why I was interested in Leronlimab, called it voodoo medicine in April 2020, but his emergency response system was being funded by DOD and by BP and he had close friends in the NIH who working on getting BP MAB's authorized by the FDA.
