It's fairly obvious to anyone with eyesight that the administration needs a "win" of any kind right about now. Brilacidin IS that win. But we didn't PAY TO PLAY, so who knows One things for certain, our wait is almost over. Someone is going to pay for our drug, just remains to be seen who.
