Regarding 13d's recent rehash and the parade of merrymakers credentials. As you advance towards the end of the statement I see: "there is NO assurance that a turnaround plan will enhance shareholder value..." there is NO assurance that the newly appointed board would adopt any plan."...there is NO value to this proposal...PERIOD.
