SO ORDERED is in practically all orders of whatever nature.
I just wrote a Proposed Order for a Judge today, and guess what, it said SO ORDERED right above where I hope the judge will sign the order.
There will not be a ruling or order on the results of the 13D motion to dismiss in all likelihood before end of next week, the earliest, because of the scheduling order's timing.
Before then we should probably see the results of CYDY's Motion to Expedite discovery and the proceeding. That will be interesting and informative of what the judge thinks about this case.
