Marc, I think the 10 cent drop in the last half hour was due to filing, yes.
If you're as dense as I was, a quick glance at this
... makes you think the judge was So Ordering, that is, upholding, the Defendants' motion to dismiss. I think that triggered the run, and the BigFoot size 13D group "helped" it down.
I didn't buy any today, because I missed it, but I've tripled my position in the last few weeks, so help me God.
