I found the Video to be quite odd today. I usually feel as if NP is speaking to address my concerns, but I didn’t get that today. Maybe it is due to the British interviewer (who actually knew how to pronounce Nader’s name unlike the infamous Christine), but I got the feeling that Dr. Pourhassan was speaking to a foreign audience. For LL approvals, I do not believe he is referring to approvals in the US, but probably Brazil, with an extension from covid to HIV so that people can begin receiving treatment and money would start coming in. I did think NP looked quite distinguished today having become quite silver haired and sporting a new mustache.
