My take is that the 13D's main contention is that the relationship between CYDY and FDA is broken. I think it allows CYDY managment to ask FDA directley if this if true which of course they will deny. Then Dr K or Dr P can remind them that we got a group of disgruntled investors that think thats the case and are after blood and that FDA should throw CYDY a bone to show its not so.
I cant wait to see what happens in the comming weeks.....
