13D files Twitter and Reddit posts with the SEC.
The proxy fight has officially jumped the shark. 13D filed a schedule 14A with the SEC that has screenshots of Patterson's Twitter and superchet's Reddit posts (where is Fantasy Football?). The filing says they are not concerned about the posts breaking securities laws but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry. And FYI, Patterson's Twitter posts are still up.
