Unfortunately, right now there is no 8K or 10K or anything else. It is a privately held company. Squires has to inform his investors, the people who put food on his table, paid his expense,.. and probably much more for the last 10 years. It is only a matter of integrity, honesty, and just plain doing the right thing. If there is going to be a new Quantum Materials Corporation, he needs to start there. Keep the investors who believe in his quest informed. Its not hard.
