The Proxy, when it comes, should give the reasons to justify what it wants to change, and be better than an 8K hopefully.
It's been stated the proxy takes about 45 days for the process, but I wonder if they can notify a majority of the shareholders in favor of the proxy, can they get around the longer timeframe? Jamis, thoughts?
Once the cat is out of the bag, so to speak, with the proxy, they should be ready with the S-1 or IPO for best timing. Above is all speculation, not investment advice, if you could! lol. I'm asking for thoughts.
