the senior bonds issue ca 2015 liability was eliminated by converting such into common stock
A 6 month extension-which I believe is the last license extension available to them-was approved until Dec 2,2021
if an oil discovery is made by then the license can be converted into a 30-50 year license(without verifying the exact time period) which is usually renewable for another 50 years -depends on the country-and by then will be someone elses problem if mankind hasnt yet realized its long term goal to destroy all life
