S1 was the best choice.
Yes, its one report instead of each quarterly so will take longer to write but much shorter time because you have to include reviews by SEC of each document, and responses over and over. S1 - one time review.
It doesn't matter now why, only that this is the path.

How much is QMC worth considering Innova did $4.5B in the UK alone??... and no one has told me QMC works for free.
