S1 is a microscopic look at every aspect of the company's activities over the last two and in some cases three years. It literally leaves nothing unspoken. It is far more complex than when you are filing as an existing company reporting the 10's and the 8's. It is as though the company was never in the public domain. I can't even begin to guess at why not filing was an appropriate action. Unless, of course, it was a concerted effort not to report because if certain activities came were known they would be very negative for management. OR, management was hoping to buy time to right the ship. This company has been so bad at reporting and letting its stock holders know about its progress or lack thereof, that all we have been doing in the past and what we are doing right now is GUESSING. If this company is worth anything, it is frustrating as hell not to know.
