Now, you are cooking. I bought some MRK about six months ago, thinking they might be the right partner.
Not completely sure what you are saying about deal terms. We need cash, and yes, would love some from MRK.
But, if we are giving four CYDY shares for one MRK, that means we were acquired at $19 a share. I'm all for that!!! Is this what you meant?
Or, is CYDY issuing new shares to MRK at $19 per share?? I just don't see how it is reasonable that MRK would pay that price for some type of minority interest.
