Ok ...as long as we are throwing out opinionated ideas of deals and prices ...
We get a bunch of cash..that gets all the trials done and pays for the runrate for the next year.. and 4 to1 Merck shares which puts it somewhere between 19 and 25 a share ...for every 4 cydy shares we get one MRK
Someone needs to take on Sir Gilead ...so I'm thinking MRK...very interested in BTD which may be coming sooner than we think
