Appreciate your DD, but just wish there was even a slight inkling of a track record here to instill some confidence in what might appear to newcomers as endless Pumping. You projected a year end. .49 a few years ago but we ended up in the .02-.04 range. What's up with that???

*******, appreciate your candor and I will do the same in trying to answer your questions and addressing your comments.
1. It is hard to establish a track record when you don't have the right people in the right positions supporting you. Maybe they were supporting you but were not efficient in doing what needed to be done. From what I can see, Grieco has made some changes and maybe more are coming. Maybe he realized that friends are friends but business is business... sometimes they mix and sometimes they don't.
I have had extensive conversations with Mike Iorlano (New IR) and he is a pretty sharp individual, one I will be contracting with once I have finished my World Tour and my new equipment is in place and re-branding of the new company complete. Am I doubling down? You can bet your arse I am. I am Oilfield trash and Oil & Gas... right up my ally!
2. On my very first trip to Little River I had the chance to see the operations up close. In the first few months, I also had the chance to visit the "Werks" facility in Fort Wayne. I know what both companies are capable of and base my rhetoric off of that...Understanding Motives.

Hope we're near actually CLOSING A DEAL, but every time one test finishes a new one is announced--so now NanoGasTech has just entered the picture.
In the day of High Speed everything people want it now, I get that. But what happens when you don't test every scenario? Can you say 737 Max 8
As I am Oilfield trash I understand a little more than most about how it all works. Educate yourself on the basics, ask questions (****************) and make a decision based on the answers and your own best judgement. Some good places to ask questions...
Chemicals (61)
Mining/Resources (881)
and the big one...
Oil/Gas/Natural Energy Production (753)
In my view, if your short your in trouble, if you're a flipper or day trader, you will make some money and if you are an investor, and if Grieco gets the house in order, you will be handsomely rewarded over the long haul. Some of my previous posts have given you some base numbers to work with. I am not here to do anyone's bidding or homework but I am more than happy to help educate.
In regards to the ongoing testing. Read the articles and then formulate your own numbers and timelines. If you don't like the numbers, move on, no wahal. If you don't like the timeline, move on, no wahala. But to invest in a company and then publicly drag the people involved down a long stretch of gravel road is ludicrous in my opinion.
From reading the information in the public domain, I can gather that they have so far tested this new tech on 1) a damaged formation and 2) an undamaged formation. From reading the latest press release it sounds like they are now changing old downhole equipment out for new equipment and will be testing on an undamaged formation with new equipment. Looking at the latest tweets, I see a drill rig setting up on new ground at Grassy Creek, not Grassy Hill, and I believe it was in a PR that this would be the 4th and final stage. That to me would indicate a new well(s) drilled and completed with new equipment installed.
That gives the new company, Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies, the data they need to publish articles in industry magazines/websites such as World Oil and Oil&Gas Journal. It also gives them the data to create powerful marketing material to support the company and distributor base. I can already envision multiple "fluid depots" near the major oil and gas basins in the United States.
With all that being said, you have to have the right people in the right places with the right support to make it all happen.

I'm locked and loaded, so if anything closes, I'll be fine. I must say I have trouble pondering the seemingly endless patience of our self-proclaimed "professional" posters here. Sure hope they're right.
Glad to hear your locked and loaded. I am locked and just got paid by one of the clients on my World Tour Friday so I will be loading more this week. Not sure if the anticipated 2Q will be on time or late. Don't know what the revenues will be... Don't know and don't care. I am betting on Grieco to get it together and build a company that will be around for years to come. If you want revs, maybe the resident pro will give you numbers with a guarantee... never hurts to ask.
As I have said many times before, I am an investor and here for the long haul. Hope you have a great rest of your day and HAPPY SUNDAY!
