Because of my involvement with PCTL I can't answer those questions but, you and the other (cough)shareholders(cough) can answer that for yourself.
If you want to know how long it will take, read the press releases to get the answer.

The plan calls for the JV to drill a series of infield wells in the Grassy Creek field of which Maverick and PCTL will be participating on a royalty basis.

So the first clue is highlighted above and is a series of infield wells, as in more than one.
You could then go to a site like shalexp.com which allows you to search for U.S. oil and gas operators. You could search for Paluca Petroleum, Inc (a Humphreys Family company). You could go back to one of the first releases about this venture and get well number(s) and find those well numbers. You could zoom in on those wells and see that there are six (6) producing wells and one (1) injection well.
You could search for average well depth for wells in that state, narrow it down to a county, what kind of formations in that county, etc.
Instead of asking your questions on this board, where you might get a response like "Has Phase 91 been Retested? Tia", ask your question on a board where you will get an intelligent and informed answer like...
Oil/Gas/Natural Energy Production
Mining/Resources
Again, the answer to your 2nd paragraph is in the Tweets and Press releases. If you go to the company website (which I agree needs an overhaul), you will see the information you are looking for on the home page. You will even find information that will help you answer questions you didn't think to ask like, "Is the Oil Sweet or Sour?", "Is the Oil Heavy or Light?", etc. (Hint: Home page, upper right)
There is a reason Maverick is widely used in the energy industry...
mav·er·ick/mav(?)rik/noun: an unorthodox or independent-minded person.
The first contractor I worked for starting out some 41 years ago was a gentleman by the name of H.L.Hunt and he was a true maverick. He won his first land rig in a poker game. From that 1 rig he grew his company, Penrod Drilling, into a mammoth energy company with many subsidiary enterprises. At the time of his demise he was the richest man in the world but still took his lunch to the office everyday in a brown paper bag. (google it... it's an amazing story)
I have to head out to do some vessel inspections this morning but I will leave you with this...
