Agreed … but I have to believe there are mechanisms at Joe’s disposal (he’s a marketing guy) to preserve the SP (and minimize dilution) to protect shareholders while not violating “quiet period”. Regardless, deadlines have been missed again. This is just a pattern of behavior that seems to be part of their character. Behind the scenes the entire spectrum of possibilities exists … from the vaccine doesn’t work against the delta variant to they are making a deal with BARDA … from the Excellagen deal fell through to its a done deal and they are conserving money on PR’s … etc. We are all in the dark and in the absence of Moses returning from Mount Sinai … some will find doubt and worship false idols
