CYDY is incorporated in Delaware so they will need counsel who is licensed in that state. Potter Anderson & Corroon is a top firm in the state of DE. As you are probably aware, DE is a tax haven so tons of companies incorporate there. Sidley will pulling the strings and Potter Anderson will be working the ground game.
