Folks were wondering who represents Cytodyn in the lawsuit. It is not Sidley Austin. The firm is Potter Anderson & Corroon, LLP, out of Delaware. I expect they are a boutique corporate litigation with strong knowledge of Delaware corporate law, but I have no experience with them.
